What Happens Next
- Download the file and open it from your Downloads folder. If it opens as a folder, double-click GeekeeAssist inside it.
- The first time, it can take up to half a minute to appear while Windows checks it. Please wait rather than opening it again.
- Type your name and what the problem is, then press Let Geekee see my screen.
- Read the reference code to the technician on the phone so they know it is you.
- They will see your screen. If they need to click things, your computer will say so on screen first.
- Press Stop sharing or just close the window when you are done.
Windows may show a blue warning screen
If Windows says "Windows protected your PC", click More info and then
Run anyway. This is normal for a newly released program. If you are not sure,
stay on the phone and we will talk you through it.
